  A gorgeous evening tonight for the Design Day finale for the Amos Herr Dream Park. After teams visited every elementary school in the Hempfield School District to get ideas from students, an initial design was unveiled this evening to a great crowd View fullsize

  My wife, Jen, and I learned much about the history of the event from longtime Washington Boro residents Edith Funk, Kim Funk, and Arlene Forney.  View fullsize
 Brett has coached hundreds of middle school students in track and field.  A long-distance runner himself, Brett has completed 8 marathons. View fullsize
 Thanks to Sue Charles for hosting a wonderful meet and greet for me at her home in Manor Township.  We barely had enough chairs!  The conversation and questions were really god. View fullsize
